For venue owners

Own a DFW wedding venue?

We already list most of the metroplex's wedding venues. Claiming yours lets you correct your details, publish your real alcohol and catering policies, and — soon — connect your calendar so couples only enquire about dates you can actually host.

We built this directory from public sources. That means some details are incomplete, and a few are probably wrong. If yours is one of them, we would rather hear it from you than keep guessing — corrections are free and always will be.

Listing is free during launch. Email us with your venue name and website and we will send back what we currently show, so you can confirm or correct it.

How verification works

Every listing starts as researched from public sources — that is what the badge says, because that is what it is. When you claim your venue and confirm the details, the listing changes to confirmed by the venue, and couples can see the difference.

If you email us from an address at your venue's own domain (for example anything@yourvenue.com when yourvenue.com is the website on your listing), we can approve the claim right away. Any other address — gmail, a manager's personal email — goes through a quick manual review first, where we may call the venue's listed phone number to confirm. The badge only means something if it cannot be self-applied.

Claim your listing

How we built this. WeddingAvailability is compiled from public sources — each venue's own website and public directory listings — and we record where every policy came from. Details change, and some of ours will be wrong or out of date. A listing only shows as confirmed once the venue itself has claimed it and checked the details. Always confirm with the venue before you book. Own a venue? Claim your listing.
