Alcohol is prohibited entirely: the chapel FAQ says "Because we are a church, we have a strict policy regarding alcohol," anyone seen with alcohol may be asked to leave, and fines apply for alcohol found during the event or cleanup (none of the BYOB/vendor categories apply).

Chapel FAQ declines outside catering inside the chapel ("We are a church, and so church rules apply") and says couples wanting more options may hire HD Liquid Catering to serve outside the chapel.
